MTX - TEB Asset Management Metaverse and Digital Technologies Variable Fund

At least 80% of the total value of the fund will be invested in equity shares, depository receipts and/or borrowing instruments issued by companies which;

• Primarily allows its users to explore alternative virtual worlds online and interact with other users with the help of augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) technologies that fall under the definition of metaverse by means of artificial intelligence, virtual reality hardware, 3D restructuring, internet of things and social platform technologies,
• Produces hardware and/or software for digital technologies such as communication, finance, internet, games, blockchain, augmented reality and virtual reality.
• Invests, supplies infrastructure, undertakes R&D activities and commits financial resources to seize opportunities in the field of digital technologies
• Acts as product & service providers of abovementioned companies

The Fund may also invest in domestic mutual funds and domestic/foreign exchange traded funds, which provide investment opportunities in the aforementioned theme.

Foreign investment instruments can be included in the fund portfolio. However, foreign money and capital market instruments included in the fund portfolio cannot be equal to or exceed 80% of the total fund value.
