IDY - TEB Asset Management Second Variable Fund

The fund acts with a long-term investment perspective aiming to beat the return of TRY deposit rates. In this framework, while it aims to generate a consistent return in money market instruments, as well as government and corporate bonds, it also takes long or short positions with the purpose of utilizing downward or upward movements in equity shares, debt instruments, and FX markets to reach its goal of absolute return. The fund may use leverage for hedging and/or investment purposes. It also aims to invest in precious metals, as well as other money and capital market instruments, and derivative instruments based on these instruments and financial indices (swap, forward, and option contracts), to take advantage of the returns of a wide range of asset classes. Asset allocation of the fund portfolio is managed actively to achieve this goal.
